Dr. DINAMANI​

Dr. Dinamani is an Assistant Professor of Japanese Language Literature and Culture Studies at Jawaharlal Nehru University, New Delhi. In addition to Japanese history and philosophy, his area of expertise also includes the study of Japanese culture as the policy imperative for Modern Japan.Dr. Dinamani has extensively researched on Japanese Nationalism and its influence in making Japan a great nation despite staggering challenges. Indo-Japan Relations and its historic significance have also been the part of the domain of his research work. Dr. Dinamani is a staunch supporter of Indo-Japan relations and believes that it has been on a positive and creative course since its inception and has gained renewed momentum and impetus in recent times. The concerted efforts of two prominent Asian nations will be pivotal for regional as well as global peace and stability.

Dr. Md. Jahangir Alam

Dr. Md Jahangir Alam is an Associate Professor in the Department of Japanese Studies at the University of Dhaka in Bangladesh. His research interest covers a broad spectrum of development discourses, focusing on the Political Economy of Education, International Education Cooperation, Global Cooperation Studies, and Japan-Bangladesh Relations. His experiences embrace collaborating with international and national organizations..

Dr. Md. Jahangir Alam

Dr. Md Jahangir Alam is an Associate Professor in the Department of Japanese Studies at the University of Dhaka in Bangladesh. His research interest covers a broad spectrum of development discourses, focusing on the Political Economy of Education, International Education Cooperation, Global Cooperation Studies, and Japan-Bangladesh Relations. His experiences embrace collaborating with international and national organizations, especially International Labor Organization (ILO), United Nations Development Programme (UNDP), The Japan Foundation (JF), and Bangladesh Consulting Services. He has received several international awards and scholarships from academic associations and government organizations, including the Comparative and International Education Society (CIES) and the Japanese Ministry of Education (MEXT), for his outstanding academic and research contributions to international education development. He has ample academic publications, including book chapters and journal articles. He is the author of the book ‘Bangladesh-Japan Diplomatic Relations (1972-2022): A New Paradigm of Strategic Partnership’. He holds Ph.D. in Education Policy with a focus on International Education Development from the Graduate School of International Cooperation Studies, Kobe University, Japan.
